The roles and responsibilities of Protocol officers include but not limited to:

Accompanying guest ministers to designated reception area.

Providing any other duties, as required by the lead Pastor.

Required to maintain a polite and cheerful appearance with all.

Available to providing any other duties for the efficient service.

Accompanying the Pastorate and Guest Ministers to and from the Church auditorium.

Provide support services such as hotel bookings, transportation and feeding of guest ministers.

Expected to treat all information as confidential. Ephessians 6:7

Required to submit to each other and church leadership and guest ministers out of respect for God. Ephessians 5:21

The Senior pastors carries a heavy load of responsibility for the church and the people they lead. It was not God’s plan for them to bear that responsibility alone.

“Obey them that have rule over you, and submit yourself: for they watch for your soul, as they must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.” Hebrew 13:17

It’s the responsibility of Protocol Officers to provide hospitable and conducive atmosphere for the Pastorate and guest minister with the sole aim of making them comfortable. “Distributing to the needs of saints; given to hospitality.”Romans 12:13 The Protocol Ministry is like a “special service” Ministry with a specific area of focus on the Pastorate and guest ministers with the sole objective of building and projecting the image of Faithword Charismatic Ministry Worldwide.

With good will doing Service, as to the lord, and not to men.
